Okay folks, this is it: Your final chance to hear, and comment on, the draft development concept for Alameda Point. It’s coming tonight at a special meeting of the Alameda Redevelopment and (City Council) Reuse Authority. The meeting starts at 7 p.m. at City Hall.
Two concepts, one with a lot of housing and another with a lot more, plus a wind farm and space age transport pods, have been presented in community meetings thus far. I guess the real deal preliminary development concept – the second one – is due next Friday. We’ll keep you posted.
